Student enrollment histories, 1984-[ongoing].

The quarterly enrollment data for two year colleges in the state is summarized each quarter. This enrollment data, including head count and credit hour production, is kept as a system enrollment history. This summary data is pulled from the enrollment reports of the Enrollment Reporting System (ERS) provided to the Department of Post-Secondary Education by the colleges and is disseminated to others in-house. This summary information is also provided for outside sources upon request (such as the Commission on Higher Education). These histories were created to review enrollment trends in the colleges (such as growth/decline in enrollment, credit hour production, and size of the college). Funding is allocated based on these histories.
